Kristin Tribbett, LCSW, BCN
LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER, BCIA BOARD CERTIFIED IN NEUROFEEDBACK
Kristin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kentucky, a BCIA Neurofeedback mentor and a Kentucky Board Certified Clinical Social Work supervisor. Additionally, Kristin is one of the few BCIA Board Certified Nuerofeedback providers, demonstrating her exceptional expertise and leadership in her field.
After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, she obtained a Master of Social Work from Indiana University with a concentration in School Social Work. Following graduation, Kristin moved to Colorado where she became board certified in Neurofeedback Therapy.
Kristin is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which are frequently used as a foundation for clinical work. She is also certified to treat Juvenile Sexualized Behaviors.
Kristin is passionate in implementing a holistic approach to feeling healthy, which includes brain-based strategies in conjunction with the traditional therapeutic approaches. She strongly believes with a flexible, wrap around approach, the best change can occur.

Sierra Hancock, CSW
CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
Sierra works with individuals across different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. Sierra offers guidance and support to those seeking to improve their coping skills, address past or present experiences, prioritize self-care, manage mental health concerns, or navigate LGBTQ+ issues.
Recognizing that each person is unique, she adapts her approach to meet you at your current stage of readiness. Her therapeutic approach consists of a range of evidence-based techniques, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. Additionally, she is actively pursuing board certification in Neurofeedback, further expanding her expertise.

TiShauna Tinsley, LPCA
LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR ASSOCIATE
TiShauna provides therapy for individuals, families, and couples, working with clients from early adolescence through adulthood. She supports those navigating challenges such as stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, low self-esteem, and intimacy-related concerns, among other therapeutic needs. TiShauna strives to create a warm, inviting, environment that promotes comfort and ease for all. As well as a nonjudgmental space where individuals can feel free to be unapologetically themselves.
She helps individuals explore complex emotions while offering the patience, guidance, and support needed to foster healing and self-discovery. Understanding that each person's journey is unique, TiShauna takes a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, tailoring her methods to meet individual needs. She incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Additionally, she is expanding her expertise in emerging therapeutic techniques, including Neurofeedback.

Alex Plumeri
Alex is a current graduate student at the University of Kentucky working towards a Masters in Social Work. She helps the team at Kentucky Neurofeedback and Counseling with scheduling and administrative needs- chances are you’ve spoken with her on the phone or via email. Alex loves meeting new people and helping them start their therapy journey!
